Bear Sightings

We have received notice that there have been several Bear sightings on both the East and West side of the park the last few days. Please be aware of this and take necessary precautions to watch your children and pets this busy 4th of July weekend.

The Division of Natural Resources is warning residents who do not want their back yards to become hot spots for black bears to remove a common lure for them - bird feeders and hummingbird feeders. Taking the feeders down before they are found by a bear can eliminate future problems. A bear does not forget a free meal. (07/02/2019)

Snow Gates

The Board will be opening the gates for really limited access on May 1st, 2019 ~ 4x4 vehicles are recommended (Truck or SUV) for clearance. Pine Mountains Board ask that you use the roads as a staging area to drop off and pick-up. Please park in the parking lots if you can not access your driveway, Pine Mountains does not allow road parking. If you have any questions about access to your cabin because the snow conditions change daily please feel free to contact Brad Peacock 435-640-7444 or Darin Ross 801-598-3757. (04/29/2019)
