Side by Sides, 3 and 4 wheel ATVs and snowmobiles are the only motorized vehicles permitted.

Snow on Roads With the current depth of snow on roads and more forecast, auto travel is not advised. Four-wheel drive trucks are recommended using extreme caution.

Snow Gates Closing Gates will be closed for the Winter season at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 1st.
This is the Monday after the Thanksgiving weekend.
We have extended the closing which normally has been Sunday afternoon so everyone will have an opportunity to get their vehicles out of Pine Mountains
or down in the parking lots so you will not get locked in.
We regret any inconvenience caused by not being able to drive in and out, but feel the potential freezing of water lines are not worth the risk.
The gates could be closed earlier if we experience abnormal freezing conditions or too much snow to make driving unsafe.

Mountain Lion Sighting A Mountain Lion was seen in the Pine Mountain property over the weekend on 11/08/2014 . Members should be alert when walking and especially with pets. (11/8/2014) |
Construction Rules Change N0TICE TO OWNERS AND CONTRACTORS When installing propane or water lines inside the property, Pine Mountain must be notified and inspect the laterals before burying them. No exceptions. Please contact a Board member for assistance or any questions. (11/7/2014) |
