Plumbing When building your cabin, it advised that you use a qualified plumber to hook up the water system, as you are dealing with water pressure up to 160 pounds. Make sure a pressure regulator is installed. Most homes in the city operate on about 38 pounds of pressure and your cabin is no different. (5/24/2015) |
Trailer Parking If you plan on parking your trailer along the burn pile South fence or the East fence in the corral area, you need to have a visible Lot number on it. They also must be movable if the occcasion arises. We can move them if you have a lock but not if the tires are flat. (5/24/2015) |
Road Conditions - 04/17/15 All roads are open on the West Side. The East side is open with the exception of Upper Shingle Mill from Lot 749 to Blue Spruce Lot 762. (4/17/2015) |
Snowmobiles, ATV's and Trailers NULAll snowmobiles, ATV's and trailers that are parked around the East and West parking lots and the barn must be removed by June 1, 2015 or they will be towed at the owners expense.
